He doesn’t just lead strategy for clients…He builds teams that win. His job? Shape the vision, drive results, and make sure the people around him grow faster than they ever thought possible.

Derrick is an entrepreneur in the purest sense: curious, relentless, and allergic to mediocrity. He’s failed, succeeded, pivoted, and pushed through every version of business you can imagine, all while staying obsessed with one thing: growth. His life is proof that when you double down on learning and execution, the results follow.

When he’s not helping clients scale or developing the culture at Brillity, you’ll find him studying neuroscience, fitness, philosophy, and science fiction. His favorite role of all is being a dad to his two kids, Aiden and Aryanna.
